Is Facebook better then Myspace?

Facebook is it a Better socialize platform then myspace.

At First when I got into socializing on the social networks Myspace was the place to go. Myspace was very very popular a few years a go. I realize that is hard to believe now LMAO

The reason I love Social sites is because its a great way to not only check out current events and news but you get to see first hand what other people think of what is going on. Plus they are a great way to network and meet new people.

I spend at least a few hours a day socializing on the social networks. I used to consume a lot of time on Myspace but because of all the flash and the slowing down of my computer I switched over to Facebook.

Facebook is simple - Its Clean and Its super easy to use.
It appears that MySpace has gone from really cool to Web2.0 reject almost overnight.
What do you guys think? Facebook or Myspace?

My Personality Test Results

Idealist Portrait of the Champion (ENFP)

Like the other Idealists, Champions are rather rare, say three or four percent of the population, but even more than the others they consider intense emotional experiences as being vital to a full life. Champions have a wide range and variety of emotions, and a great passion for novelty. They see life as an exciting drama, pregnant with possibilities for both good and evil, and they want to experience all the meaningful events and fascinating people in the world.

The most outgoing of the Idealists, Champions often can't wait to tell others of their extraordinary experiences. Champions can be tireless in talking with others, like fountains that bubble and splash, spilling over their own words to get it all out. And usually this is not simple storytelling; Champions often speak (or write) in the hope of revealing some truth about human experience, or of motivating others with their powerful convictions. Their strong drive to speak out on issues and events, along with their boundless enthusiasm and natural talent with language, makes them the most vivacious and inspiring of all the types.

Fiercely individualistic, Champions strive toward a kind of personal authenticity, and this intention always to be themselves is usually quite attractive to others. At the same time, Champions have outstanding intuitive powers and can tell what is going on inside of others, reading hidden emotions and giving special significance to words or actions.

In fact, Champions are constantly scanning the social environment, and no intriguing character or silent motive is likely to escape their attention. Far more than the other Idealists, Champions are keen and probing observers of the people around them, and are capable of intense concentration on another individual. Their attention is rarely passive or casual. On the contrary, Champions tend to be extra sensitive and alert, always ready for emergencies, always on the lookout for

Champions are good with people and usually have a wide range of personal relationships. They are warm and full of energy with their friends. They are likable and at ease with colleagues, and handle their employees or students with great skill. They are good in public and on the telephone, and are so spontaneous and dramatic that others love to be in their company. Champions are positive, exuberant people, and often their confidence in the goodness of life and of human nature makes good things happen. what's possible.

Jobs that fit my Personality Type

People naturally confide in the Champion (ENFP). That's why they make such good mediators, counselors, teachers, consultants, and reporters. Any position that outreaches to others can fit the Champion. They can be columnists, journalists, publicists, copy writers, advertising account executives. In the arts they can be character actors, cartoonists, art educators. If they choose jobs such as restaurateur, be sure that their business sites will be unique and designed for a particular type of customer. Don't be surprised to see them as an inventor. This type of personality wants to experience the whole of life and may change careers more often than many other types. Says Charles, "I've had a number of jobs and when there is nothing left to create, I move to something new. I want my life to be spiced with newness, love, and joy."

Jobs started Apple with a fellow college dropout Steve Wozniak in the his family garage in Los Altos, California in April 1976. Jobs, then 21, was the 'sales' guy, while Wozniak worked as an engineer.

What's all this facebook fuss about?

Here is a list of the good the bad and the ugly.

1 one in every 13 people on Earth is on Facebook

2 If Facebook were a country, it would be the fifth-largest country in the world, after China, India, the U.S., and Indonesia

3 Facebook is adding about three hundred and fifty thousand new users every day. 4 Syria, China, Vietnam, and Iran have banned Facebook

6 The Average Facebook User Has 130 Friends

7 It is the second biggest website by traffic behind Google (at the moment)

8 California is Huge on Facebook

9 FAD is a mental disorder – Facebook Addiction Disorder. FAD. Ironic.

Here are some things to think about

1 Loneliness - Although it seems crazy that a place where you can chat with so many people can make you feel lonely BUT it is a fact.

"Girls can be prone to anxiety and depression by talking too much to their friends on Facebook. Called “co-rumination,” frequently discussing the same problem can lead to an unhealthy obsession.n"

2 Imagine having magical BINOCULARS and being able to see what all your friends are doing - Well scroll down your facebook posts - You instantly have that ability lol

"More than 60 % of men and women have used Facebook to stalk their ex"

3 Re-Connecting with old friends and family - This can be good or bad lol

4 Getting your message across - This also can be good and bad. What kind of message are you thinking about writing? Sometimes it is better to count to 10 before typing something. Remember folks the internet is written in pen NOT Pencil.

5 The Like button - Trying to get your 25 likes to name your page. If your new to facebook this can be a bit tricky. I'd suggest ask a couple of your friends to like it also ask your friend requests. A simple thank you for the friend request can you like my page works great :)

6 The 5000 friends limit - Yes the cap is frustrating but its also gratifying - Its almost as if your part of the 5000 friends club lol Once you hit the number I'd suggest making a new profile and connecting them - If you want instructions on how to do that please contact me

7 Need help customizing your facebook page - There is a lot you can do with facebook - Maybe it's time You found someone to show you around - You can ask your friends or some strangers with interesting profiles or contact me and I will help you :)

8 Facebook is 10 percent happier on Friday so that would be a great time to be creative with your posting/marketing.

9 like exchange - Basically you like someone first then ask them to like you back - Lets try it http://www.facebook.com/Korvexpictures

Top 10 tips on How to work your Twitter to get more followers and traffic

If you like this post be sure to follow my twitter http://twitter.com/#!/chazzkorvex

If used correctly Twitter is a GREAT way to find potential clients and fans. I believe Twitter is one of the most powerful social sites out there. Here are 10 tips on how to work twitter to YOUR advantage.

1 Follow the Followers of people that are like you - This is key. For example if you are a cheese company - follow the followers of other cheese company's or any twitter account that has anything to do with cheese. These micro niche followers will be more responsive to what you are tweeting about. Go Try it if you like :) Type in some people/companies that are like you in your twitter search engine and start following their followers.

2 When first opening an account make your tweets fun - tweet jokes, quotes and facts etc DO NOT SPAM - Be creative try to relate this information to what YOU are about.

3 Also once you get a bunch of followers be sure to keep your tweets fun and entertaining. If you spam them a lot they will quickly unfollow you. Yes there is nothing wrong with sometimes tweeting call of action tweets - A call to action for example would be tweeting "check my site out" but try to do it creatively - for example this post. Instead of me writing check out my blog post I would write Here are some tips and tricks on how to build your twitter followers check it out today then I'd put a link to this post.

4 Use sites like yesfollow, twitter karma and Twellow - They will make life a lot easier for you :) If you need more information here please contact me

5 Be sure to add your URL to your profile. People will check out your website if they like what you are tweeting about.

6 Check your @Mentions Tab often. When people RETWEET you - Retweet them back and reply with a thank you - Try interacting as much as possible

7 BE SOCIAL - When people write to you write back. I realize how time consuming social sites can be. It's best to work them on a social level on break times or when you are more relaxed. BUT try to Tweet at least 3-5 times a day at different times. Also if you can use sites to trigger your tweets it will make your life a lot easier . I will have a blog post all about sites that can help you control your social sites.

8 Try to check out your followers at least once a day and follow the followers that are in your niche or are real people. I try not to follow spammers or company's that have nothing to do with what I'm doing - They are usually there to spam and they usually don't have any interest in what you are talking about.

9 Use hash symbols # to find people in your niche. For example if you are a company that sells cheese. put #cheese in your twitter search engine and the people that put #cheese in there comments will pop up - Then if you are a cheese company follow those people. These people are gold to the cheese industry- Be sure to read what they wrote before you follow them - They could also be cheese haters lol Try it with your Niche - This can be addictive and a lot of fun

10 Now Post you twitter tip - If you have a tip that has helped you please comment.

I realize there are a billion other tips and tricks for twitter but I added the few that help me. Please check out my other services HERE

I will be posting topics on Facebook and YouTube soon so please check back
